Airports Authority Of India is considering plans to construct an airport at Hollongi in Papum Pare district of Arunachal Pradesh. The technical committee of AAI had stated earlier that the airport site at Hollongi has scope for higher usability in poor weather conditions. The site is located on a flat ground and can provide a safe operating environment.
