Anu’s Laboratories Ltd plans expansion program. In addition to the bulk drugs, the company would also be producing advance intermediaries, active pharmaceutical ingredients and formulations. The fund raising modalities are being worked out. The company is planning to raise Rs 250 crore in the next six months to fund its expansion projects.The funds will be utilised for further expansion, acquisition of facilities and exploring opportunities in organic and inorganic growth.
