To boost its business, Philips Lighting is planning acquisitions in India, especially in terms of innovation and technology partners.  Philips Lighting is a subsidiary of the Dutch consumer electronics giant Royal Philips  Lighting service provider.    In India, Philips is operating for more than 80 years and its products are available on more than one million retailing points. The company has a 30 per cent market share in India and it will continue to deliver locally relevant products, systems and services to Indian businesses and services.
