Ltd and HDFC Investment Trust II have invested Rs 600 crore in a residential project in Whitefield, Bangalore, being developed by Sterling Gated Community Pvt Ltd (SGCPL) is developing a residential project in Whitefield, Bangalore. HDFC Investment Trust II and Singapore based Superior Investments Pte. Ltd hav e invested Rs 600 crore in this project through NCD’s which carry a rating of CARE BB+ by CARE. BMR Advisors were the transaction advisors. J Sagar Associates advised Sterling Urban on the legal front. Sterling Urban, a JV floated by HDFC Property Fund (a subsidiary of HDFC and Sterling Developers, is the land owner entity.
