TN allocates Rs 18.25 cr for Kodaikanal roads

Responding to wide range of public complaints the Tamil Nadu government has allocated Rs 18.25 crore for road works in Kodaikanal. Kodaikanal is a renowned hill tourist spot but its roads are not that much amusing for the visiting tourists.    Travelling in Kodaikanal is turning into a nightmarish experience for tourists, as the condition of roads is worsening gradually.    As per Kodaikanal municipality website, it has conducted a road repair works in March 2013. However, they are receiving a large number of complaints on the roads from the public.    A massive road revamp is in the offing for Kodaikanal with the allocated sum Rs 18.25 crore.
