Solar power to grow due to economic reasons

India’s first mobile solar-powered generators were recently launched by Noida- based Jakson Power Solutions. It is a company with a revenue of Rs 1,350 crore in the past financial year. The company is among the largest makers of diesel generators in the country. It sees the diesel segment contributing a bulk of the revenues, Managing Director Sameer Gupta tells Sudheer Pal Singh.
