AP to seek Rs 2,000 crore under Swachh Bharat scheme

The state of Andhra Pradesh plans to transform 86 municipalities in the state and is seeking massive assistance to the tune of Rs 2,000 Crore from the Centre under the Swachh Bharat Mission. The projects that are planned to be taken up includes building toilets, solid waste management and sanitation.
