ATS to build 2,500 homes at Rs 3,000-cr in Gurgaon

In Gurgaon, Noida-based real estate developer ATS is planning to launch five residential projects at a cost of Rs 3,000 crore. The five projects are planned in the Dwarka Expressway region and a total of 2,500 homes will be built in the next three-four years through these projects.    Each project will cost around Rs 600 crore. Two of the five projects are under construction, while another might be launched soon. Two are waiting environmental clearances, the company said. To avoid delays and save costs, the company is buying only licensed land.
