Nitesh Estates to build Rs 300 cr project in South Blore

Nitesh Estates has signed new mid income housing Project near Kanakapura Road in south Bangalore. The housing project is to provide a total of about 500 apartments (2 and 3 Bedroom).    

This project has been named as Nitesh British Columbia. The total project revenue potential will be around Rs 300 crore, which will improve significantly the financials of the company.
