Alstom wins Rs 100 cr contracts from Power Grid

Alstom T&D on November 11 said it has bagged orders worth Rs 100 crore from Power Grid Corporation. The power transmission and distribution gear maker, Alstom T&D India bagged two contracts worth 12.5 million euro (Rs 100 crore) awarded by Power Grid Corporation of India.    In a statement, Alstom said that it will supply its energy management system (EMS) to enable reliable, secure and efficient operation of the electric power system.
