In a meeting convened by the Union Minister of Civil Aviation Ashok Gajapathi Raju for consultant of the Draft Civil Aviation Policy, Arunachal Civil Aviation Minister Thangwang Wangham has urged the Centre to develop airports and other ancillaries in the state. Wangham has asked the Centre to include a provision of new airport construction in the prospective location of the state. The rationalisation of air turbine fuel cost was also demanded by Wangham.
