Maha CM assures speedy clearances to builders

The Maharashtra government on October 7 assured the builders in the state of speedy approvals and faster clearances and offered several sops. The State Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan met prominent builders from the Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry, assured all the help that is required to boost the real estate sector.    The 90-minute marathon meeting was chaired by the chief minister himself.    The Chief Minister also assured uniformity in development control rules, faster on-line clearances and to solve a host of issues that lead to problems during a project.
