Rs 400 cr to develop infra projects in U'khand

To develop the state-of-the-art industrial infrastructure facilities in Sitarganj industrial estate in Uttarakhand's Udham Singh Nagar district Rs 400 crore will be invested by the State Infrastructure and Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand (SIDCUL).    The government-run SIDCUL is already credited for developing Pantnagar and Haridwar industrial estates. It will be starting its infrastructure works at Sitarganj shortly. SIDCUL claims that when the work completed it will be the biggest attraction for the industry to set up new units there.    The Sitarganj industrial estate in Kumaon region has been officially christened as SIDCUL-Phase-II which will be spread over an area of 1,700 acres.
