Shiv Sena, the opposition party in the Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC), has moved the Bombay high court on October 28 against the decision of the NMC's decision to invite tenders for various road works worth Rs 330 crore through deferred payment.    Leader of the Opposition in NMC Sudhakar Badgujar said that the party has moved the Bombay high court seeking a stay on the tender process for ring roads and other major roads worth Rs 330 crore. The court has admitted the party's petition in this connection.    In fact, the general body of the NMC had approved the proposal to invite bids worth Rs 250 crore, but the civic administration floated a tender for various road works worth Rs 330 crore through deferred payment.    The civic administration had presented a proposal of Rs 414 crore for 11 road works but the general body passed a resolution to float a tender worth Rs 250 crore only. Moreover, acquisition of about 30 per cent to 40 per cent land for the roads concerned is yet to be completed. At this juncture, how will the civic administration develop the roads, he ased.
