In the next 90 days, Nitesh Urban Development would develop an area admeasuring 11.15 acre of land parcel on Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Road in Bangalore.
Nitesh Estates, which is the parent company of Nitesh Urban Development informed in a communication to stock exchange.
Nitesh Urban Development, which is 100 percent owned by Nitesh Estates, signed a Joint Development Agreement for this project.
The project will have 750,000 Sq.ft. of saleable area developed into residential villament giving the company a revenue of Rs 450 cr, over 42 months.
