Road connectivity key to far flung areas: Minister

Jammu and Kshmir Minister for Roads and Buildings Abdul Majid Wani, during his recent visit to Behota and Lal Draman, has said that road connectivity is essential for development of all other sectors including tourism sector and the State government is committed for providing road connectivity to rural, far flung and hither to other unconnected areas of the State.    The Minister said this while addressing public gatherings at Behota and Lal Draman. He said that erstwhile district Doda is endowed with pristine natural beauty which can only be explored by providing road connectivity.    The Minister said development of tourist related infrastructure at these tourist spots will definitely help in improving the socio-economic status of the people living in these areas.
