Realty firm 'The 3C Company' is to invest Rs 3,500 crore in a mixed use project in Noida. The project comprises a 5-star hotel and branded homes. Hospitality major Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is going to manage the project in a 12.5 acre plot. Private equity firm Red Fort Capital has also invested in this project, 3C Company has stated.
The Noida-based 3C Company had announced its tie-up with Four Seasons for management of its 300-keys hotel and 180 branded residences, each at a cost of Rs 20 crore.
While launching the Four Seasons branded homes, the 3C Company stated in Delhi recently that it has got all permissions required, including the environmental clearance, for mixed land use development.
The project 'Delhi One' will have hotel, residences, luxury retail and office spaces, the company said.
